Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Kakatiya Mediclean Services for biomedical waste management, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Kakatiya Mediclean Services (the "Company").

Effective Date: These terms are effective as of the date of service commencement.

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice to clients.

Service Description

Our Services Include:

• Biomedical Waste Collection: Scheduled and emergency collection services
• Waste Treatment: Autoclave, incineration, and other approved treatment methods
• Transportation: Safe transport using authorized vehicles
• Documentation: Proper manifests, certificates, and compliance records
• Training: Staff training on waste segregation and safety protocols
• Consulting: Regulatory compliance guidance and waste audits

Service Standards:

• All services comply with Biomedical Waste Management Rules 2016
• Licensed and authorized facility operations
• Trained and certified personnel
• Real-time tracking and documentation

Client Responsibilities

Waste Segregation:

• Proper segregation of waste at point of generation
• Use of color-coded containers as per guidelines
• Proper labeling and identification of waste categories
• No mixing of different waste categories

Safety & Access:

• Provide safe access to waste storage areas
• Ensure staff safety during collection
• Maintain proper storage conditions
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately

Documentation:

• Maintain waste generation records
• Provide accurate waste quantity information
• Sign collection manifests and certificates
• Retain copies of all documentation

Regulatory Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Biomedical Waste Management Rules 2016 and amendments
• State Pollution Control Board regulations
• Central Pollution Control Board guidelines
• Environmental Protection Act provisions
• Occupational health and safety regulations

Liability & Insurance

Company Liability:

• Comprehensive insurance coverage for operations
• Liability for waste from point of collection to final disposal
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Environmental liability coverage

Client Liability:

• Responsible for waste until point of collection
• Liable for improper segregation or contamination
• Responsible for providing accurate waste information
• Liable for any regulatory violations on their premises

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages except in cases of gross negligence.

Payment Terms

Billing & Payment:

• Billing Cycle: Monthly billing based on actual waste collected
• Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
• Late Payments: 2% monthly service charge on overdue amounts
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or online payment

Service Suspension:

Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 60 days. Emergency services may continue at management discretion.

Termination

Termination by Client:

• 30 days written notice required
• All outstanding payments must be settled
• Final collection and documentation completion

Termination by Company:

• Non-payment of dues for more than 90 days
• Repeated non-compliance with regulations
• Safety violations or risk to personnel
• Breach of contract terms

Privacy Policy

Information Collection:

• Business contact information
• Waste generation data
• Facility access information
• Compliance documentation

Information Use:

• Service delivery and billing
• Regulatory compliance reporting
• Service improvement and communication
• Legal and regulatory requirements

Information Protection:

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with applicable data protection laws. Information is not shared with third parties except as required by law or regulation.
